Initially, I had planned to dedicate this website to product reviews. I felt like such a topic would focus this blog and keep it uniform.
In just a day, however, I discovered that this was going to be so much more than just a review site, because more than just products interest me.
So, rather than boil this blog down into a few short words or paragraphs, thereby restricting its ability to grow, I’ve decided to just produce this warning/disclaimer:
This blog is going to be random. As it grows, the topics it covers are going to grow. I’m not a professional or expert (yet)…just a young adult with a sometimes cynical view of life and all the things that occur within it. I’m politically incorrect at times…it’s just how I am. I don’t always agree with the way things are handled in this world or nation all of the time, and sometimes I’ll be the one dissenting voice in a sea of many. That’s fine with me. Over time I’ve learned to stop following the crowd.
I want you to enjoy what I write, but I’m not writing for your enjoyment. To do so would mean that I would lose my own individual voice, and that would serve no purpose for neither you, the reader, nor me, the writer.
I try to be as grammatically correct as possible…it’s one of my neuroses. But I’m human, and I’m no walking Merriam-Webster dictionary, so every once in a while I may be wrong. Feel free to correct if necessary, but don’t go overboard…I’m pretty good with revising and spell check, though, so you should be okay.
If my introduction offends you, then you may not like all of what my blog has to offer. And that’s okay. But if you understand that my bluntness is honesty, and you can accept that this blog is rooted in honesty, then I think you’ll appreciate some of the things you’ll find here.
